"I’ve had my insurance with Dax Thomas for over a decade. When we moved out of state, we had to switch agents. We moved back to the area and called immediately to switch back. The personal attention we’ve gotten has been amazing. "I’ve had State Farm insurance since I was 20 years old and have been with Dax since he took over the office, have had several claims mostly from hitting deer but have always been handled quickly and haven’t had any problems. "I've had State Farm for over 3 decades and did not realize how important insurance is until you need it! I was in a car accident (no fault of my own) in September and like a good neighbor Dax was there to save the day. Now that I'm on the road to recovery, I'm finally able to think clearly enough to thank Dax. He talked me thru the process even though as they say….had no skin in the game. He went above and beyond to help me understand the process. He called to check on me numerous times…just to see how I'm coming along. This type of service is the reason I love Dax and State Farm!
